Keeper of the Wisps

This year I participated in my first Global Game Jam. I was put in charge of creating the hero character and the NPCs for the game. This is the Keeper of the Wisps, the hero character for our 2.5 D platform game. In the game for elemental based spirits, aka Wisps, follow the Keeper to give him power. The theme was Ritual. Therefore at the end of each level the Keeper would sacrifice one of his elemental powers to help save the Popula, the inhabitants of the game world.
